He advises financial institutions, companies and investors on the structuring, negotiation and execution of a broad range of equity-linked transactions. These include public and private convertible and exchangeable securities offerings and call spreads and other associated derivative transactions, accelerated share repurchase programs, margin loans secured by securities of private and public companies, and various equity-linked hedging and monetization transactions.
