Jonah has substantial experience advising companies, creditors, lenders, hedge funds, banks and other strategic parties on a wide range of corporate restructurings, bankruptcies and liability management transactions. His work includes prepackaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, DIP and exit financings, debt refinancings and exchanges, and sale transactions. His representations span a variety of industries, including power, energy, retail, telecommunications, consumer products and aviation.
Jonah serves on the Junior Board of CitySquash and sits on the UJA NextGen Restructuring Leadership committee.
