Kris advises private fund sponsors in all aspects of their business, including the formation, marketing and operations of private investment funds and compliance with the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act. Kris’s experience includes advising sponsors in connection with the establishment of private equity funds, credit funds, real estate funds, funds of funds, hedge funds and co-investment funds. Kris also advises newly formed registered investment advisers, as well as sponsors and senior executives of sponsors in employment and separation matters.
