Lucy advises high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices and institutions in connection with estate and tax planning, including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues; trust and estate administration; and charitable planning matters.
Lucy specializes in tax-efficient strategies for estate planning and multigenerational transfers of wealth, including drafting and administering complex estate plans and lifetime wealth transfer techniques. Lucy also regularly counsels fiduciaries in complex trust and estate administration matters.
Lucy has significant experience in connection with charitable planning matters, including charitable giving and the creation and operation of philanthropic structures.
Her practice also includes advising on trust-related issues in select M&A and other corporate transactions.
