Tyson represents multinational companies in a broad range of complex civil and criminal regulatory actions, investigations and commercial litigation. He also advises clients on cutting-edge data privacy issues and helps companies evaluate and enhance their compliance programs.
Tyson has represented clients in civil and criminal matters before international, state and federal regulators, including the Federal Trade Commission, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice, as well as in related civil litigation.
Tyson also has extensive experience representing corporations, financial institutions and boards in a wide range of civil litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings, including shareholder derivative suits, securities class actions and complex commercial and contractual disputes.
His representations have spanned a variety of industries, with a focus on technology, media and financial services.
