Vincent T. Chang
Represents corporations and financial institutions in a wide range of civil litigation matters.
Vince focuses on complex litigation relating to a wide range of securities, investment banking, hedge funds, bankruptcy, insurance, real estate, antitrust and bondholder matters.
Vince is the immediate past president of the New York County Lawyers Association and was previously president of the Asian-American Bar Association of New York, among many other ongoing and past New York legal community involvements, including the Houses of Delegates of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Vince is a special adviser to the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, which evaluates federal judicial nominees nationwide.

- RJR Nabisco and RJ Reynolds Tobacco Holdings in various tobacco-related litigations, including numerous class action suits
- Morgan Stanley in litigation relating to the retroactive application of certain amendments to securities laws in a matter that was argued before the U.S. Supreme Court
- Burlington Northern in merger and acquisition related litigation in Delaware
