Davis Polk partner and IP Litigation practice head Ashok Ramani was named to Daily Journal’s 2024 list of “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers.” The honorees are recognized for their ability to stay on the cutting edge of new developments in patent, copyright and trademark law, and for helping to advance technological innovation and transform the law. The Daily Journal highlighted Ashok’s recent wins, including in a patent litigation case against his client Comcast, initiated by WhereverTV, and in a trade-secret and breach-of-contract action against two former executives on behalf of Pfizer.
