Brian Resnick to be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy

Davis Polk partner Brian Resnick will be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, an honorary public service association of the United States. Resnick is among 37 nominees being honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency. The nominees reside in twenty-three states, including the District of Columbia and two foreign countries. International insolvency professionals are invited to join as Fellows based on a proven record of the highest standards of expertise, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship and service to the bankruptcy practice and to their communities.

Brian will be inducted into the College’s 32nd Class of Fellows.
