Davis Polk Restructuring Group co-head Damian Schaible was quoted in Law360 discussing how Texas bankruptcy courts have surpassed Delaware and New York as the most popular destinations for corporate reorganizations. Schaible noted that Texas courts have been slowly building up a record of decisions on critical bankruptcy issues that give a concrete idea of how a given dispute will be resolved.
