Davis Polk partner Dan Stipano was quoted in the American Banker on the effect that the corporate ownership registry could have on financial institutions. Stipano noted that financial institutions are looking for guidance and need to take advantage of the opportunity to weigh in on how the database will operate and what it will look like.
