Davis Polk partner Dan Stipano was recently quoted in the Wall Street Journal on U.S. banking regulators seeking third-party relationships guidance and the risks banks face as they increasingly rely on third parties for products and services. Dan noted it is significant that the regulators felt it was important enough to talk about these issues in a unified way.
