Davis Polk advised Pride Live on a transaction related to a live-stream fundraiser in connection with Stonewall Day 2020, a national day of awareness hosted each year in June to honor and celebrate the Stonewall legacy. Pride Live is a 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to accelerating awareness and support for the LGBTQ+ community via social advocacy and community engagement to advance the fight for full equality.
