Davis Polk advised Galderma Group AG on its $2.6 billion initial public offering, which was named “Deal of the Year” at the 2024 LegalcommunityCH Awards. The awards recognize in-house and private practice lawyers as well as the most important deals in Switzerland.

Galderma’s IPO is expected to be one of the largest listings in Europe this year and it involved various Swiss and international advisors.

The awards were presented on May 16, 2024 in Zürich.
