Davis Polk received four awards at International Financial Law Review’s 2023 Americas Awards, including both “Equity Team of the Year” and “Financial Services Regulatory Team of the Year.” The firm was also honored for advising Delta Air Lines in connection with the chapter 11 cases of LATAM Airlines Group. The matter was named “Restructuring Deal of the Year.”  

Additionally, Counsel Shanu Bajaj was named a “Rising Star.”

The IFLR Americas awards recognize the most innovative cross-border deals across the United States, Canada and Latin America over the past year, and the teams and individuals who made them happen.

The awards were presented on May 18, 2023, in New York.
