Davis Polk matters recognized as Latin Lawyer’s 2024 Deals of the Year

Three Davis Polk matters were named as Latin Lawyer’s 2024 Deals of the Year. The awards recognize complex deals done throughout the region, taking into consideration the value, timeframe, legal creativity, political and regulatory sensitivity, and number of jurisdictions to which the deal relates.

Davis Polk was honored for its roles on three matters:

• Deal of the Year: Restructuring – Samarco Mineração enforces judicial reorganization plan
• Deal of the Year: Mergers & Acquisitions (Public Companies) – General Atlantic and Dragoneer take Brazil’s Arco private
• Deal of the Year: Capital Markets – Mexican real estate business Vesta launches IPO on NYSE

The awards were presented on May 9, 2024, in São Paulo.
