Legal Education company TalksOnLaw partnered with Davis Polk and leading victims assistance organizations Safe Horizon and Sanctuary for Families to produce the first of two videos in a series regarding domestic violence. The videos aim to empower domestic violence survivors on combatting revenge porn and technology abuse. The series kicks off with journalist and domestic violence victims’ advocate Eboni Williams educating viewers on how to identify abuse, develop safety plans and employ tools to help victims and survivors in “Combatting Technology Abuse.” The next video in the series expands upon technology abuse into cybersexual abuse. In “Combatting Revenge Porn,” Williams explains what cybersexual abuse is and the legal tools victims can use to confront their abusers.

Davis Polk Special Counsel for Pro Bono Sharon Katz and Pro Bono Attorney Dara Sheinfeld led the firm’s efforts to provide pro bono legal assistance in helping to create these videos.
