Private Debt Investor has shortlisted Davis Polk for “Americas Law Firm of the Year - Transactions” in connection with the 2023 PDI Awards. The award honors active and innovative firms in the private debt space.

Over the last 12 months alone, Davis Polk has advised 18 of the top 20 U.S. direct lenders. The firm also advised on two of the top five biggest private debt deals: Finastra Group’s $5.32B refinancing, the largest ever U.S. private credit transaction, and Kaseya’s $4.7B Datto acquisition financing, which at the time of completion, was the world’s largest private credit deal in the technology sector.

The winners will be announced on March 1, 2024.
