Latin Lawyer recognized Davis Polk with two 2021 Deal of the Year Awards. The awards recognize complex deals, taking into consideration the value, timeframe, legal creativity, political and regulatory sensitivity and number of jurisdictions to which the deal relates.

Davis Polk was honored for its role advising Natura on its $2 billion merger with Avon, which won “Deal of the Year: Public M&A.” The firm was also recognized for its role advising on  LATAM Airlines’ $2.45 billion debtor-in-possession loan, which was named “Deal of the Year: Banking & Finance.”

The Latin Lawyer Awards were announced in May 2021.
