Davis Polk partner Derek Dostal was highlighted in two Business Insider articles, together profiling the key bankers, lawyers and capital providers who are leading the recent uptick in initial public offerings by special purpose acquisition companies (“SPACs”). A banker who has worked with Dostal is quoted in one of the articles saying that Dostal is likely the “most thoughtful” lawyer out there.
