Daily Journal has named Davis Polk partner Emily Roberts to its 2023 list of “Top Women Lawyers.” The annual recognition honors leading California women lawyers who have achieved significant victories for clients, given back to their communities and are considered leaders in their respective fields. The publication highlighted Emily’s representation of Equinix in connection with its $1.5 billion at-the-market offering, her work advising the underwriters on Uber’s $8.1 billion IPO and her representation of Lucid on its merger with special-purpose acquisition company Churchill Capital Corp IV.
