Davis Polk partner Emily Roberts has been named among Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40.” The award recognizes top lawyers practicing in California under the age of 40. In her profile, Daily Journal recognizes Emily’s work advising clients on offerings with an aggregate value of more than $30 billion in the past year, including co-leading the Davis Polk team advising the underwriters on Affirm Holdings’ $1.39 billion initial public offering in January, one of the largest offerings in 2021.
