Davis Polk partner Emily Roberts was quoted in Law360 on the May IPO market and the pipeline looking forward. Roberts noted that the technology and life sciences IPO market sectors are still strong, but that the pipeline is also diversifying into consumer and fintech. Looking ahead to this summer, she explained that she expects IPO work to remain busy through July or early August to account for end-of-summer vacations.
