Davis Polk partner Fiona Moran was quoted in the Wall Street Journal discussing compliance program structural reforms relating to Boeing’s recent settlement. Moran noted that the settlement highlights the importance of having the appropriate structure in place. She also explained that the settlement reflects prosecutors’ views that companies “should be focused not just on stopping violations, but also on preventing similar violations in the future.”
