Davis Polk partner Jamie Haldin was quoted in Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence on the increasing scrutiny by regulators over the transmission of sensitive health data. Jamie noted that more enforcement activity is on its way and that “given the rapid proliferation of technology that tracks health-related data, enforcement activity in this space will continue to be a top priority for the FTC and other authorities.”
