Li He, co-head of Davis Polk’s Asia practice, was quoted in a Law.com International article discussing the impact of new cybersecurity regulations on Chinese tech company IPOs. Li spoke to some of the differences between U.S. and Hong Kong listings, noting that issues raised in Hong Kong listings “are not routine cookie-cutter issues. These are quite cutting-edge and only law firms with lawyers who have this expertise and have been at the forefront of these issues will know the answers or be able to help the company navigate the turbulence.”
