Margaret Tahyar quoted in American Banker on the future of virtual bank examination
Davis Polk partner and Financial Institutions co-head Margaret Tahyar was quoted in American Banker regarding the future of examinations for banks, following a request by the FDIC for bankers to share lessons learned from nearly 18 months of fully remote exams. Meg explained that she believes a hybrid model that will distinguish between the size and complexity of the bank will be adopted by financial policymakers.
