Margaret Tahyar quoted by Financial Times on regulatory battles over U.S. fintech charters

Davis Polk Financial Institutions Group co-head Margaret Tahyar was quoted in a Financial Times article discussing the fintech charter. Tahyar noted that it is “crazy that we are resorting to 19th century texts and resolving this policy debate through the courts rather than by fresh thinking for the 21st century.”
