Davis Polk partner Martin Rogers and counsel Jonathan Chang were quoted in a recent Asian Legal Business article discussing how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the dispute resolution process. Rogers noted that the increased importance of technology as a result of the pandemic will continue to advance. Chang discussed unexpected benefits of a remote hearing, including the equivalent of a technology-enhanced courtroom.
