Michael Kaplan named a “Dealmaker of the Year” finalist by New York Law Journal
Davis Polk partner Michael Kaplan has been named a “Dealmaker of the Year” finalist by New York Law Journal as part of the publication’s annual Professional Excellence Awards.
Michael advised on a number of large deals in a range of industries in the past year, including Amer Sports’ $1.37 billion IPO, Borse Dubai on its $1.8 billion SEC-registered secondaries offering, Meta Platforms’ $8.5 billion senior notes offering, Taboola on its 30-year exclusive commercial agreement with Yahoo and Bausch + Lomb on its $1.75 billion financing for acquisition of Novartis assets.
