Kaplan noted that the last six months have been the busiest sustained period of his career as a capital markets lawyer. The profile also highlights how the firm’s lawyers were able to seamlessly transition to working from home, including executing a complicated exchange offer with a sizeable team while remote. Finally, Kaplan predicts that if the market is there, companies will continue to issue debt and companies will continue to go public.
