• Capital Market Deal: China Biologic’s Nasdaq delisting
• Capital Market Deal: KE Holdings’ USD2bn follow-on offering
• Capital Market Deal: Tencent’s senior notes under global MTN programme
• Capital Market Deal: Tencent’s Sogou privatised from NYSE
• Cross-Border Deal: MBK’s USD2.2bn acquisition of CAR Inc

The winning deals were chosen based on a number of factors, including overall significance, complexity and innovative nature of the deals and cases, as well as deal size and broader interests. The “Deals of the Year” list was announced on February 22, 2022.
