Davis Polk partner and Litigation Department head Jim Rouhandeh was named among the Daily Journal’s 2025 “Leading Commercial Litigators.” The award honors the top performing litigators across the country.

The Daily Journal highlighted Jim’s work as lead trial counsel in major trial victories for three Fortune 50 companies – ExxonMobil, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk – in addition to pharmaceutical pricing matters and FTC investigations.
