From “prepetition DIPs” to DIP financing supported by junior or nonpriming liens, companies and their advisors have developed creative alternatives to typical means of financing debtors through bankruptcy cases. The panel of industry leaders will discuss issues from varied stakeholder perspectives, including legal and financial considerations, in addition to ways debtors and stakeholders could benefit from similar financings in future restructurings.
