On November 28 – 29, 2023, Davis Polk partner Dan Stipano will be among the speakers at the 2023 ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference.

On the first day of the program, Dan will speak on the “Does Your FinTech Third Party Risk Management Meet Regulatory Expectations for AML?” panel. Topics discussed will include how to improve FinTech third party anti-money laundering due diligence as well as how to analyze due diligence information and create a strong program to mitigate the risks. 

On the second day of the program, Dan will speak on the “When Do You Engage External and/or Internal Counsel?” panel. Topics discussed will include when to engage (or not engage) internal and external legal partners.
