On April 8 – 9, 2024, Davis Polk partner Dan Stipano will be among the speakers at the 2024 Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) Assembly Hollywood Conference.

On the first day of the program, Dan will speak on the “First Things First: Parsing the National Priorities” panel. The panel will dissect the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and discuss what has been clarified and whether any implementation issues remain.

On the second day of the program, Dan will speak on the “Implementation Status of the AMLA and Its Key Provisions” panel. The panel will cover how the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 has been implemented so far and what changes are still on the horizon.
