On April 28 – 30, Davis Polk AML/CFT practice head Dan Stipano and associate Kendall Howell will be among the speakers at the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists’ “Assembly Hollywood 2025.”

Dan will speak on the “Breaking News: ACAMS MLDC Presents the Latest Developments in AML/AFC” panel. Topics discussed will include late-breaking current events, the latest legal/regulatory actions, court decisions that could change the regulatory process, and more.

Kendall will speak on the “Blueprint for BaaS Success: Insights from Recent Regulatory Scrutiny” panel, which will discuss the individual risks posed by fintech partners and products, how risks can be addressed in contractual arrangements and how to ensure that the appropriate anti-money laundering resources are in place at a fintech partner.
