On October 31, 2024, Davis Polk partners James Lin and Steve Wang will be among the speakers at the annual BioCentury-BayHelix China Healthcare Summit. The summit aims to help executives understand cross-border opportunities and challenges in China and allow them a firsthand look at China’s life sciences ecosystem.

James and Steve will co-chair the “Capital Markets Showcase: Everything on the Table” session. Topics to be discussed include the current landscape for Chinese biotechs, such as fundraising in the U.S., spinning off assets into new companies, taking a public biotech private, and how to build financial sustainability.
