On April 12, 2022, Davis Polk partner and ESG practice head Joe Hall will speak at the New York Stock Exchange Sustainability Advisory Council’s inaugural meeting. Joe will give a comprehensive briefing on the sweeping new rule proposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission requiring U.S.-listed companies to disclose a range of climate-related risks and greenhouse gas emissions and provide background and analysis of the implications the SEC’s proposal.
