Kara Mungovan speaks at ABA Tax Section’s 2024 “U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends” program

On June 13, 2024, Davis Polk partner Kara Mungovan will be among the speakers at the American Bar Association Tax Section’s annual “U.S. and Latin America Tax Practice Trends” program. Kara will speak on the “Challenges Latin American Investors Face When Investing Into the United States” panel. Topics discussed will include the issues and challenges related to what Latin American investors face when investing into the United States with a focus on the structures used to make those investments.
