Davis Polk partner Leor Landa will serve as Chair of PLI’s 20th Annual Private Equity Forum. The program will feature speakers covering key topics, including a general overview of the legal issues that need to be considered in marketing a private equity fund, current regulatory and compliance hot buttons, and current issues in negotiating the terms of private equity funds.
