Davis Polk partner Margaret Tahyar will be among the speakers at the 2020 American Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee Annual Meeting. Tahyar will speak on the “Volcker, Control, Tailoring and More: A Saturday Morning “Hot Topics” Review” panel. This panel will address the latest regulatory developments impacting financial institutions, with particular emphasis on changes to the Volcker Rule and longstanding control and brokered deposits rules, as well as efforts to tailor capital and liquidity requirements.

The program will be held January 16-18, 2020, in Washington DC.
