Davis Polk partner Margaret Tahyar will be among the speakers at “The Banking Institute,” a continuing legal education program on cutting-edge issues related to banking law, hosted by the UNC School of Law’s Center for Banking and Finance. Tahyar will moderate “Fintech – What is Hype and What is Here to Stay? What Lawyers Need to Know,” which will discuss alternative business models and the state of technology adoption, as well as what will be important going forward.

The program will be held March 21-22, 2019, in Charlotte, NC.
