On March 10, 2025, Davis Polk partners Meyer Dworkin and Michael Hong will be among the speakers at the International Bar Association’s 23rd Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds.

Meyer will chair the “Developments in Fund Finance” workshop. Topics to be discussed include trends, practical issues and considerations in the area of fund finance, including subscription based, net asset value (NAV) facilities and other forms of leverage.

Michael will speak on the “Trends in Platform Arrangements, Side Letter Negotiations, Syndications and Co-Investments” workshop. The discussion will focus on multi-fund and umbrella arrangements that sponsors are using to attract capital in a challenged environment, as well as what aggregated carry is and how it affects how professionals are paid.
