On October 15, 2024, Davis Polk partner and head of international restructuring Tim Graulich and partner Angela Libby will be among the speakers at “GRR Live: Restructuring in the Americas.” The program will bring together top speakers and delegates from the international insolvency and restructuring circuit, including lawyers, insolvency practitioners, restructuring and turnaround advisers, bankers, investors, consultants and judges to debate and analyze the latest developments in the Americas. 

Tim will deliver the program’s opening and closing remarks.

Angela will moderate the “cross-border cooperation and recognition in the Americas” panel. Topics to be discussed include whether there is a shift away from cooperation between jurisdictions and notable ongoing disagreements.
