Physical health

We offer comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage to employees, along with their spouse or domestic partner and children.

Employees and their eligible family members have access to a complimentary concierge service for physician referrals, appointment scheduling and in-person second opinions with top medical groups in New York.

Our on-site Health & Wellness Center in New York offers services including primary and sick care, personalized health coaching and support for managing chronic conditions. Employees in Northern California and Washington DC have the option of obtaining health services through a partnering primary care practice.

Additional offerings include health screenings, flu vaccinations, educational webinars, fitness activities and discounted memberships with partnering health clubs.

Mental health

Davis Polk is committed to prioritizing your mental well-being and is proud to be a signatory of the American Bar Association Well-Being Pledge.

In addition to the mental health coverage in our health plans, we offer free confidential counseling and coaching services. Employees can meet with our dedicated counselor virtually, and those in New York have the option to schedule in-person appointments at the Health & Wellness Center.

We also offer on-demand learning resources and a free subscription to the Calm app.

Family building and support

Family building benefits
