Aker BP $1.5 billion notes offering
The notes are due 2034 and 2054
Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners on an offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior notes due 2034 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.800% senior notes due 2054 by Aker BP ASA under Rule 144A / Regulation S.
