The investment-grade notes offering consists of seven tranches  

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with a $12.75 billion SEC-registered debt offering by Amazon.com, Inc., consisting of $1.5 billion of its 2.730% notes due 2024, $1.5 billion of its 3.000% notes due 2025, $2 billion of its 3.300% notes due 2027, $1.5 billion of its 3.450% notes due 2029, $2.5 billion of its 3.600% notes due 2032, $2.5 billion of its 3.950% notes due 2052 and $1.25 billion of its 4.100% notes due 2062.
