We are advising Amdocs on the acquisition

Davis Polk is advising Amdocs on its approximately $188 million acquisition of MYCOM OSI from Inflexion Private Equity and others. The acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions to closing and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Amdocs is a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies. MYCOM OSI is a U.K.-headquartered company providing SaaS-based cloud network and service assurance solutions to communications service providers globally. Inflexion Private Equity is a leading mid-market private equity firm, investing in established high growth businesses for a minority or majority stake.
