William advises private equity, corporate and investment banking clients on a wide range of transactions, including private and public M&A, early-stage and growth equity financings and investments, joint ventures and restructuring matters. He has handled matters across multiple industries, with extensive experience in the fintech, consumer retail and financial services sectors. He also has particular experience advising on Chinese outbound investments into Europe.
