We are advising Telemos Capital on the transaction

Davis Polk is advising Telemos Capital in connection with its investment partnership with Helios Global Group alongside the Helios senior management team. The Telemos investment will support the group in its future ambitions of expanding into new service lines, harnessing innovative technologies and continuing to scale its internal infrastructure to support its client base.

Founded in 2017, Telemos invests in private European businesses, with the aim of building long-term growth. Telemos seeks to acquire majority stakes in healthcare, business services and consumer businesses with the potential for sustainable growth through international expansion, add-on acquisitions and operational improvements.

Helios is a full-service healthcare communications group working with some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Supporting clients within the medical affairs, commercial and market access functions, the group provides strategic consultancy, medical and scientific communications and commercialization solutions. Founded in 2015 and now with almost 300 employees across five office locations spanning the United Kingdom (Cheshire, Manchester, Oxford and Cambridge) and United States (Guilford, Connecticut), Helios provides high-quality and impactful healthcare communications, as well as health economic and market access solutions. Helios’s existing leadership team will continue to manage the business, expanding the client base and global operations while maintaining its core focus on sustainable organic growth.
